Title: Bilingual Technical Support Manager

Growing Industry in Canada, Our Client has another new location that needs additional staff. Quality, consistency, and value is what this Quebec based; High End Kitchen & Bath Accessories company stands for Are you a Bilingual Technical Support Manager who has a strong mechanical troubleshooting aptitude? Currently working remotely until at least July 2021, this Customer Service Manager will be the main point of contact for the team in Customer Service call centre.

Bilingual Technical Support Manager role details:

  • Strong base salary of up to $70,000
  • Group RRSP
  • Company Bonus Plan 5%

  • 3 weeks holidays
  • Straight Day Shift, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Bilingual Technical Support Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team members of 25 with any concerns about the system
  • Daily reports generation for Customer Service Division including returns, debit & credit reports
  • Give authorizations to team members when required for products return or replacement
  • Build Effective team members through coaching initiatives and mentorship
  • Implement always best practices when interacting with clients
  • Improve Productivity of Call Centre team members by challenging them with daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s targets goals
  • Work closely with other divisions in the Ontario office

Bilingual Technical Support Manager Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP
  • Advanced computer skills on Word and Excel
  • Post Secondary Education
  • Must have a least 5 years of Supervisory Experience
  • Must have at least 3 years of Call Centre Experience
  • Strong Mechanical Background (comfortable and knowledgeable about Plumbing or Electronics) as you will support the Technical Customer Service Team too with product returns and quick fixes of the bath or kitchen hardware
