Title: CONTRACT Bilingual Customer Service Representative


Our client a well known Consumer Goods company distributing high end Kitchen/Washroom products is looking to expand their team with a 6 Month Contract Bilingual (FRENCH) Customer Service Agent. Join the FAMILY! 

Location: Vaughan (HWY #50)

Role: 6 Month Full-Time Contract- Direct Hire to the company

  1. This position would require the successful candidate to work remotely from day one. 
  2. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor
  3. People outside of Ontario are welcome to apply! 


  • Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • 2 Weeks Vacation
  • 5 personal/sick days
  • $47,000/year


  • Answer emails, inbound calls (50-70/day), and faxes
    • Calls will range from 2 - 15 minutes
  • To ensure all orders are processed in a timely matter
    • Price, Quantity, Delivery Information
    • Promotions or Special Prices Added
    • Sending Order Confirmations
  • Collect all details on each order through (EDI)
    • SAP 
  • Answer/Handle all incoming concerns & inquiries
  • Work with carriers to ensure all required paperwork is prepared
  • Track orders for clients 
    • Dive into order status details
    • Create Back Orders 
  • Process return/cancellation requests 
  • Working with wholesale and retailer division
  • You may in the future assist with back-up receptionist duties a few times a week


  • Distribution Experience 
  • SAP Experience or AS400
  • 3+ years of direct inbound call center customer service experience 
  • Grade 12 graduate
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Adaptable & Flexible 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to work with all levels inside an organization 
  • Fluent in FRENCH & ENGLISH 
    • A verbal test will take place
